EV Day: Let's Pledge for a greener tomorrow

Pollution: It is the biggest culprit destroying our current environment. We also know that this is the only planet where we can survive with minimal amount of difficulties faced. So it becomes our duty to safeguard this planet from various negative sources destroying it. The main sector contributing most for environment destruction is the energy sector. We are heavily dependent on various energy sources, one of the main of it being electricity.

Still in current time major source of electricity is Coal, which is causing an immense amount of pollution. One more contributor to this pollution is vehicles running on Petrol and Diesel fuels. We are in a way, damaging the only place available in the whole solar system for our comfortable living.

So, on this EV day, let's pledge some things for something useful for our only place to live in solar system, i.e. Earth.

1. Always throw waste products in a dustbin and don't spill them on the road or in open spaces.
2. Never spit in public spaces or open spaces. You can use a spitting bucket available online for the same thing to avoid polluting our surroundings.
3. Switch to green energy utilisation, i.e. solar rooftops, EVs or cycles, public transport, etc.
4. Promote cleanliness of the surrounding areas near your homes or places you work.
5. Avoid the use of Diesel Generators wherever possible.
6. Discourage industries from polluting rivers flowing nearby.
